As always, at least once a year or so I’ll come here for my favorite ice cream and it never disappoints! Always a 10/10 🤩

In December 4, 2020-I paid full price for icecream and they handed me a melted icecream cone with a cup under it...at least they should have offered a dang discount.or.maybe just said here its free..because it was just liquified. Not exactly what I ordered....kinda disgusting.
Also, owners are so cheap they charge for a CUP of ice water ..like 50 to 75 cents.

We waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and didn’t even make it to the speaker. This has happened 3 times! People left the line and cut in the line. They always get my order wrong. The lobby is always closed and they are either on their phone or talking. The drive through line is always backed up. I DO NOT recommend coming here at all!! I am never going there AGAIN!

Rude, never go to this Baskin Robbins. Their times on Google is totally wrong and they say they close 3 hours earlier for deep cleaning. Deep cleaning literally means a person standing with a mop in his hand and looking down at their phone. We drove by thinking the timings were actually correct.

Need a bit of work. 2 stores in one and only 2 employees make it difficult to get service. Ones in the driveway other with customers. Takes long time to get your things.

The only reason it has one star is because I have to give one. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The lobby is always closed, the drive thru line is always backed up. They only can do one order at a time. You wait at the speaker for 5+ minutes before you are acknowledged. This is insane and horrible customer service!

Maybe I went at the wrong time. I went around 8:00pm. Ordered a vanilla milkshake. I have never had a milkshake taste as bad as the one I had at this Veterans Parkway location. My milkshake tasted like watered milk. When I visited other locations I didn't have that problem. Don't know what's going on at this location.

They had very little donut selection and stale cones for ice cream, for the price they quote I should have at least been offered a fresh cone once I'd explained that the one I was given with my order was not "up to par". The people working there seemed as if they'd rather be anywhere but there. Just altogether a disappointment.
