I was so hungry that I just cut off the inedible burned parts of my steak (one whole side was burned), and tried to eat the "roasted" veggies that were nearly raw, and the rice that was rock hard and clearly the very bottom of the pan from hours before that I had to keep spitting out. But when I found hair in my food I just could not power through. I brought my plate and my complaints to the person at the counter and said I wanted a refund. He told me the manager was not there and I would have to leave my information for the manager to call me in the morning. No apologies. No shock that someone would have these complaints. We will not be returning and I don't imagine I will have much luck calling the manager. So disappointing.

This is definitely better than your average fast food type restaurant. I had the chicken kabob, fire roasted corn, and orange slices. The food was excellent with great sauces to go along with it. I was a little surprised that the fire roasted corn was cold but otherwise it was a great meal. The restaurant was extremely clean and the facility was nice. The customer service was excellent.

Dull, Bland and Unimpressive Today I was very excited to visit Zoe’s in Columbus. After walking from my hotel to the restaurant, I was hungry and ready for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant I realized that maybe I had made a big mistake in my choice for lunch. The atmosphere was extremely dull, boring and quite. No energy was coming forth from the staff in terms of making you feel welcome. Not to mention they were moving extremely slow. At the recommendation of the server, I ordered a bowl of white bean chicken chili. I was then seated and waited some 15 minutes for it to arrive. As I begin to eat it had NO taste or flavor. It reminded me of a plain scalded chicken , a FEW white beans and some colored water poured over it. I never could get the attention of anyone to correct it, therefore I ate the meat and beans while leaving behind the colored water. I do not recommend this restaurant at all unless you are looking for something dull, lacking taste and no customer service.

Had good experiences before, but stopped in for takeout yesterday. Three of us got beans as a side, and they were all burnt. My husbands falafel was also burnt. So all but two chicken kabobs. I called for a refund but they said they’d need special permission for that. All they could give me was a free entree, but I was unable to return and not interested in more burnt food. 24 hours later and I have not heard back. Not really comfortable eating somewhere that doesn’t stand behind their product.
