Sometimes the staff isn’t the nicest, but I can look over that.
They do always get my Mocha Ice Cappuccino spot on. I never want the whipped cream in it because I can get a little extra drink in the cup. They always follow my wishes!

Stopped by at 4:40 pm to get 2 iced coffees to go. No one acknowledged me at the drive thru so I went inside. Even though they were getting ready to close their employee Vermont took the time to make me the 2 iced coffees for which I am very grateful. I think TH coffee is the best!

Always a quick and easy experience. I usually order through the mobile app and go through the drive through for pick up. The service is very fast and everyone is nice.

Been coming to this location for 4 years and my experience has been a two-star..until today. It's just this location is 1/4 of a mile or would've chosen a different location. Anyway, There was a lady (not trying to profile but sounded latino) working there first time saw her today - and she was amazing! Fast, accurate, and very courteous. I was there at 11am and there was a long line of cars but the wait was so short - this has never ever happened at this location. Just wanted to drop this feedback for Tim Hortons that whatever change you have made (could be that lady..not sure) it is working well. Keep it up and customers will come back. Thanks!

Was there at 7 am on Sunday and almost had heart failure because no lights inside were in. Thankfully, I was able to get my double double and bacon egg and cheese English muffin. I love Timmies and it’s a treat to be able to indulge!

Placed a postmates order for cookies. The manager got on the phone with me to ask if I wanted anything to replace the cookies. I told her it's okay to not replace because I had company coming over and that's what they liked. She was so nice and very apologetic on the phone. To make it right she offered to replace with premium donuts at no extra cost to me. She really wanted to make me happy! I really appreciate it because I rarely get good customer service. Thank you!
