We stopped by last night on the way home from an event, and the staff was great. Service was fast and friendly, despite it being ten minutes til closing. Sometimes you get what you get at closing time, i.e., the dry last bit of chicken etc, but the portions were good, and the food was really good and fresh tasting.

It's the mall. So be prepared for a long line at certain times (especially weekends). But with long lines...means food is always being cooked and your order should be hot/fresh 90% of the time. If you can do a triple entree, I recommend (1) Orange Chicken (2) Honey Walnut Shrimp - $150 extra and (3) SweetFire Chicken if you like a lilttle salty/sweet type of entree. Fried rice preferred but their steamed rice is ok.

Really nice staff and always nice food. Only wish there were more vegetarian options. Tofu is such an easy thing to incorporate into Chinese food and almost every other Chinese restaurant offers at least a few tofu/bean curd dishes. If they added a tofu option they would get my money every day! Only reason I don't give 5 stars is they stopped offering a mall employee discount while almost every other food place offers one, and they seem to be inconsistent about whether or not they will give you a cup of water with your meal for free. I was told more than once by different people that I would have to pay the price of a fountain drink for a cup of water even after I purchased a meal... I can see charging a small fee for the cup/ice, but full price for a fountain drink for some tap water is wild when you're already paying $10 for a meal. I usually just go to a different place even if I WANT Panda because of the employee discount and being able to get a cup of water with my meal... Just seems like a weird way to lose hundreds of dollars of business on purpose over a few cents here and there, but that's just my opinion! The staff is really lovely and I know they have no control over policy!
