This place has been super crowded the two times I've been here, although both times were weekends. Maybe weekdays are less crowded? Even though the people behind the counter were slammed they still got our tea out in a timely manner and everything tasted great.

My most favoriteeee boba shop. I’ve had boba from a few other places and none compare to KFT. I didn’t think I liked boba until I had theirs. After trying it, I had it every day for the next week. At this point, I’ve had nearly every milk tea on the menu and have never gotten something I don’t like. I love the seasonal/collab drinks they have as well, they always have something new to try. They have the most flavorful milk teas/drinks and the boba is always made perfectly. (I’ve had others that are too hard/soft). The first drink I had from here was the Cocoa Cream Wow. It’s a good start if you’re nervous about trying the milk tea.

I love going to this place since discovering boba tea. This place is the best place to go when wanting to try boba tea for the first time. And they allow you to custom your order to the way you want it.

Only down fall here is that you have a very long wait during busy times. Maybe more machines and counter space so u can double your drink making . Loved the taste and it was super fresh and cold when I did get it. Thank you. We will be back again!

Went here with friends for a road trip.. got some milk tea's and snack.. Boba tea was so good and service was fast.. will recommend!

I love bubble tea - without milk. I love the fresh tea ( black/ jasmine/ oolong/ green) with a layer of fruity flavor to it. Addition of traditional boba always make it lovely. I got such a perfect boba tea here- the lady at the counter understood exactly what I was looking for. The mango tea was great. It was refreshing, and not too sweet. The refreshing tea flavor was at the background and fruity mango was on top. Overall, it was great on a hot summer afternoon.

Delicious!! I love the taro milk tea...but then I tried the caramel with a milk cap and I am obsessed! I wish more locations carried caramel milk tea! I don't understand why the KFT off Sawmill doesn't...

Grabbed a tea to go and thoroughly enjoyed the matcha tea. The mango bubbles were the perfect addition to the taste and texture.

Super good tea, they have alot of options and toppings to choose from, when it comes to the staff it's about 50/50, you either get really nice friendly people or not so kind people
