Took my children for dinner last evening. The staff were EXTREMELY nice, and the gentleman who checked me/us out at register was very helpful with adding a gift card that was too old for their system to utilize, and he still gave me credit... came out to our table to check on us after we sat down... and the food: 3 o/o 3 of us enjoyed our pasta bowls. Nice work, Hilliard Piada!

Love the salads, love the pasta, love the Piadas, love the pepperoni sticks and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the lemon, lime, mango fresca drink with popping mango boba! Definitely recommend getting a "stickscription". You can sign up for it in the app or online. It's currently $6.99 a month. You get a free Piada stick and drink with every entree order. Even if you want a specialty drink like the mango fresca! If you use the stickscription one time in a month, it's already paid for itself.

First time eating here and it will never be my last time! Fresh, authentic and delicious food made in a matter of minutes! I am a vegetarian and I definitely had a lot of options to choose from.

It was my first time here earlier today! So many options but the staff was really welcoming and patient with me during ordering. It’s like chipotle but way higher quality and healthier. I got a burrito thing with pasta! It was delicious. Got calamari as well so good! Atmosphere was really relaxed! 5/5 definitely coming back

This is my favorite Piada location! The employees are always friendly and willing to help me try out new things! I normally go for the BLT piada with salmon it is always cooked correctly which is hard to come by in some resturants. I also got a side of calamari that was made super fresh and they even overfilled it which was awesome! This is a great Piada Location!
