Dairy Queen

We ordered a small cookie dough vanilla blizzard. When we drove off a minute later we realized there were roughly 2 pieces of cookie dough in the entire cup. We immediately turned around and simply asked if we could just have cookie dough added to the blizzard that we ordered. We were told that we would be charged extra for it. We declined and left. We spent $4.40 on vanilla ice cream when that is not what we ordered. There was not a single customer at the drive-through or in the store. A little customer service could have gone a long way.

A disappointment. The last three times I’ve gone I’ve ordered extra toppings in my blizzard and there was barely anything in it. Google says you close at 10pm, I drove over and was waiting in the drive thru for at least five minutes and no one waited on us. I called several times with no answer. I then drove around to the drive thru window and they told me they closed at 930pm. We were there before that. Update your hours.

My mom ordered my birthday cake from here yesterday and it was beautiful and super delicious. It was a white heart with pink decorations and was very neat. I've never ordered an ice cream cake from here but I'm really happy my mom did because the ice cream, the crunches, the icing, and the fudge were all amazing. Great work to whoever made it (:

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience bothered me...I normally go to the Souderton PA location and I always experience wonderful customer service. The first time I went there I ordered a meal deal and explained to the waitress that i didn’t need the sundae that came with my meal as I was diabetic and she informed me of a low sugar option ice cream bar (which is wonderful by the way) and was so impressed that they have an option for people with sugar challenges.. since my travels took me another direction today I stopped by the COLMAR PA location and ordered my usual...and they promptly told me that my only option was a sundae and couldn’t get the low sugar bar when I advised them that the Souderton location along with the Quakertown location didn’t have an issue with this..they said they couldn’t do it. When I ask if they have a sugar free option because I was diabetic they said no and then gave me a bag with a sundae in it.. I promptly gave it back to her stating that I couldn’t take because of the sugar..she looked at me like I had 3 heads...Moral of this story is if you have sugar challenges don’t go to the Colmar location as they don’t offer options for diabetics..... Sounderton and Quakertown seems to be more than happy to accommodate

horrible customer service. I drove 20 mins to get ice cream with my sister and I order a small blizzard and a medium, when I got home there were 2 smalls. So I did what everyone else would do, call the store. I called twice and got no answer so I drove all the way back, 20 mins mind you. I got to the window told them my situation and they proceeded to tell me I owed them 53 cents because of their mistake they made! So then I paid with a 1$ bill, I never got my change. Then another lady came out and says I gave you a mini to make up for it. Mind you my small blizzard I have is now melted from driving back home the first time and then coming back to fix their mistake. The least they could do for my mistake is give me a fresh new one and ask for the small blizzard back. Again horrible service.
