Crystals reminds me of White Castle back east and in some frozen food sections. It might also be compared to sliders. The service was good. We got everything we ordered at the drive through. I would go again, bit not out of my way

Great service nice people! Crisp and tasty fries. Nasty, nasty, way nasty slider or #1. McDonald's has em beat by a long shot and I can't stand a McDonald's burger. 👎
But....
I'll come back for the delicious fries and the free truck parking. Maybe try something else on the menu👍

Place was filthy and not busy. Staff could be cleaning but were in cooking area joking around. The "hamburgers" are very thin, pale and grainy. Pretty sure not even beef! Mostly bun. I got chicken and it was OK. Up the road, there are PLENTY of other options.

The food was good and hot but the wait was to long. We went through the drive thru with just 2 cars in front of us and it probably took us close to 20 mins before we got our food

Did not eat here. Location is very run down and dirty. Surprising because it's attached (with inside access) to a Circle K, which is the usual quality.

When I travel to my Parents in Magee,MS from Gulfport I always stop at their Krystal in Collins, MS on my way home, always the best tasting and freshest. Also very friendly day service. Magee has a Krystal but the employees are very rude, seem to hate their job or either just don't care, last 2 times I went I was totally ignored at the counter. The last time, I walked in , stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before one employee told me they were closed. It was 20 minutes before their scheduled closing time. Never again. I always stop at the Collins Krystal

This place is a hidden gem. My husbands fries with chilli was the perfect heat & texture, could not even take a picture. Dessert, picture perfect, hot & soft, mouth watering. Shake was awesome too. Great attention
