The egg noodle wonton soup I had was delicious and so full of flavour. I love avocado shakes and coconut so when she told me they a coconut shake, I was super excited. It was SO GOOD. Really enjoyed my experience here. The bathroom sink is super cool too. I’ll be back if I’m staying in the area in Melbourne again!

I went there for lunch today with a friend and we ordered curry laksa, fried chicken with egg noodles and prawn spring rolls The food generally tasted a bit too sweet but that’s ok, it is more like Western Vietnam taste. The portions were a bit small, we both thought that putting in more noodles would make it more fulfilling. The prawn spring rolls was spot on👍 I wanted to give 4 stars but they deserved a 5 since we ordered a plain roll to dip in the laksa soup and the roll was fresh and hot, it was amazing!!!

BEWARE. Went there and the staff member was unable to answer any questions about the meals. We ordered two starters, two mains and a drink each. Rice was really bad, super dry but the rest of the food wasn't too bad. Drinks were average but took forever to make. Went to pay and the staff member played around on the EFT pad for a bit, entering and deleting numbers until the total came to $90. Everytime he entered a new set of numbers he always started with 9. I was very uneasy at this point and asked for the receipt after I paid. He didn't want to give it to me as the bill came to $80.50. I figured he was trying to be dodgy and it seemed being refunded the money I was owed was a hassle. I got $9 back and 50 cents was kept as a surcharge apparently. Overall it was ok, but always ask to see the bill as it felt a little too practiced to be accidental.

Food was fresh and tasty.... However, disappointed in the service. When my order was ready I left, but checked on the way out. Incorrect order was given to me. When my new food was given to me I asked if it was the right order, they seemed offended that I would even asked. They showed me and I thought all was in order. When I arrived home all was not in order. Lemongrass Beef instead of Grilled Pork. Again, whilst the food was tasty, it was frustrating to not get what was ordered! By this stage I wasn't walking back again. It wasn't busy, so I don't understand the rush and rudeness.

I got some take away from here. The food was good. Initially the vegetarian fried rice was tasty and a good size. The vegetarian rice paper rolls were fresh and tasty. The tofu banh mi was good, the sauce was tasty and the bread roll fresh. My duck curry entree was absolutely delicious but the roti bread was really ordinary and not too good. It was really greasy. The rice noodles with pork and spring rolls was a winner, and the pork was delicious. This place is worth a visit.

Xeom is a great example of Vietnamese street food. Great extensive menu with all the greats and covers vegetarian, meat and seafood options. Good drinks list. suitable for kids too good clean vibe inside and quick turnaround. Service is ok but could be a little more aware. Worth a visit for se good quality Viet food for sure

Food: delicious! Enjoyed everything that came out. The chicken pho was perfect, and a generous serving. The menu is quite big also, with a huge variety. Service: attentive, and quick! We all had our meals out within 15mins of ordering. Covid friendly also. Highly recommend for a good feed on smith street.
