UPDATE: I left a review a few weeks ago that I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in this newks location. It didn’t take long for the managers to reach out to me wanting to make things right. Big thank you to Mr. Cody and Mr. Matt for being SO kind and personally taking the time to send me a gift card in the mail. How extremely thoughtful is that! The lesson here is that all restaurants make mistakes and will not be perfect, but a kind hard working staff with strong leaders is what it really comes down to! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have empathy for fast food restaurants being they are so short staffed, however, I was floored at the dirty messy looking location yesterday n Forest Hill! Started with the glass door which had so many greasy fingerprints and dirt on it , floors were needing a good mopping , salad bar was disastrous , strewn all over the counter and floor, and inexperienced cashiers were truly struggling ! Left hoping the sandwich I ordered wasn’t contaminated. Truly a full time or part time manager is needed

Very messy, very disorganized. We arrived around 1:30pm and there were several folks in line that had been waiting for over 20 minutes. There was trash on nearly all of the tables where guests were not sitting. All of the online orders were disorganized judging by the frustration of those that came to grab orders on time. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for two sandwiches and a soup. If our food had not been up to par, this would be a 1 star review. They need a better daytime line manager than the guy they had. The employees were frustrated as well, but they never got it together in the 40+ minutes we were inside. Choose another lunch spot in Collierville unless you have a long lunch break.

What follows, has happened and more than one occasion at the Newks in Collierville. Ordered pizza a sandwich and soup and salad, and was told a 15 minute wait. 40 minutes later I still had not received my order. After another five minute wait it finally came out with no pizza. I asked what happened and was told they forgot to make the pizza. Whoever I was speaking with was very unapologetic. Like I said this has happened more than once. I am not sure why this location remains open.

This place was horrible. Service was very slow, and there were people “working” behind the counter on their phones and standing clustered in the back acting obnoxious. There were no condiments available and we ate a fifty dollar dinner out of paper cups. I highly recommend customers to go anywhere else but here.
