Terrible. I don't know why I keep giving them chances. Well I guess consistency is revered here. The chicken is never fresh/hot. Always old and chewy. I don't know if they fried everything in the morning and then serve it all day. Just terrible.
I gave 2 stars because of the friendly staff...and the coleslaw.
Do better guys...please. I paid $17 for crispy chicken that is inedible.

ordered through door dash and didn't get my correct order. I called 2 kfcs and neither could find my order. Anyway, dd gave me a 5.00 credit. Sooo...I end up with dinner that I didn't order and no one ever offered to correct the order at all! This has NEVER happened with DD before. This is all on you, KFC! I'll never purchase KFC again.

Attitude problems. Poor customer relation training. . Doesn't announce the order when ready. Didn't know my order was ready as it sat cold on Thier counter as customers breathing all over it . Needs a better manager training these employees

Double check your food bags before you drive away. Ordered a 3 piece box with sides of mashed potatoes and fries, and got mac-n-cheese. Told them, and they traded my mac-n-cheese for fries. I waited, and then honked. Asked for the mashed potatoes, and got them. Waited some more, they came to the window again, and I asked for silverware, because I didn't get any. No cars in line but me.

I work in a restaurant and I totally understand how it gets. They were in the middle of closing and Rebecca was working the drive thru . She was so catering and even though they were out of a lot she made sure she accommodated and we're made happy. She's the reason I will be back thank you Rebecca

I was nervous about this this one,but I wanted KFC, so I waited for them to open and it was worth the wait. Everything from service to food was top notch.

This restaurant is cleaner than it used to be. The chicken is, what can I say, Kentucky fried chicken. I recognize several staff members having been there many years. The service is consistently good.

I ordered in person an 8 piece original recipe to go.Thighs and legs only for a shut-in person. With it came 3 sides. 1 one the sides was mashed potatoes with gravy. Well the gravy was not placed in the order. I called and spoke with the guy that had put the order together and was assured that the gravy was included. I checked again and it was not. I called again and noone answered the phone. The staff was courteous though.
