Taco Bell

I get Taco Bell almost every day. So you think they would know my order by now. I get a beefy five layer burrito with no nacho cheese and extra sour cream. And somehow they still managed to put nacho cheese in it twice! but I didn’t say anything because the first time they were almost out of meat. And the second time there was no excuse. I got there at 11:57 and they say they’re closed. ITS NOT EVEN 12:00 YET AND WHY WOULD YOU STILL HAVE A HEADSET IN IF YOURE CLOSED?!??

I don’t really know what the struggle is about making quesadillas…The last three times I’ve been here they were not cooked, nothing inside was warm but the tortilla was toasted, it was not cut and my last one it was completely open and all of the filling was in the bag. I mean come on how hard is it to put some cheese,sauce, and chicken in a shell and press cook it then cut it?

Mobile order picked up through drive through, we noticed our extra sauce was missing, since the lobby was closed we pulled back around to the speaker to let them know, the lady preceded to argue with us about a 40 cent cup of sauce. I offered to let her check the bag to verify that it was missing and she said she didn't need to because she put it in there herself. If I'm happy to pay for the sauce in the first place why would I lie about it not being in the bag? And since when is it okay to argue with the customers when I was just asking for what we had already paid for. We went down the road to another Taco Bell and ordered a 40 cent cup of sauce for the second time.

That taco bell sucks !! Every time I go there something goes wrong . my order is always incomplete ! Not once,not twice,but every dam time !!! The employees need to be held accountable that work there bcuz they are definitely not taking the job seriously!! I would just stop going there, but it's very convenient for others in my house hold that we commit to the bell .its not the food tasting bad it's the lack of attention to detail with the workers. Always trying to short the order lol.i gave them A two bcuz I'm holding them accountable and whom ever runs that operation .somebody look into the slack that's being committed at that taco bell .plz n thanks
