Frisch's Big Boy

I came to Frisch’s for breakfast. Haven’t done that in a long time. But with the economy they way it’s been lately all you could eat breakfast bar sounds pretty good. Not only was everything in the prepared with fresh products from fresh ingredients. But I server Samantha was the most kind sever I’ve had in a long time. I couldn’t believe how well we were treated. I didn’t have to ask for my drink to be refilled once. She never let it get less than half way. And even offered to get a few things brought out to bar if anything ran out. Hospitality like that doesn’t come around very often anymore. But I will surely be coming back for more breakfast in the future. Thank you Frisch’s Big Boy and thank you Samantha for the amazing morning! I wish there were more stars I could give this epic morning. The experience was that good!

This last visit was disgusting with all honesty and a huge disappointment. For the first time in a long time, I ordered the bar with my meal. They charged me full price. Then the bar was scarce and not that good. One trip to the salad bar, two for soup, and one for a few things of fruit. Even the grandkids were disappointed. Me and son ordered the grilled chicken dinner and she kept waiting to just bring us a sandwich. What the heck?! The piece of chicken they brought us looked like they cut them and had us share them because they were so small. It was ridiculous. Frisch's should be ashamed to raise their prices, cut their menu items, and then serve their customers this way.
