Mcdonald's

This visit was the last straw for us. Almost 20 minutes in the drive thru, order taker seemed very confused and was a poor listener, burger had way too much salt and onions and only a drip of ketchup and for at least the 6th time, we received sweet tea instead of unsweetened. We've tried numerous second chances but the wait times and errors occur almost every time.

The food at this McDonald's is usually satisfactory, but lately the wait time in the drive thru has been just ridiculous. The last two times I visited I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes+, which I find unacceptable. The order takers/cahiers are friendly and take their orders correctly, but the food production team (at the second window) is severely lacking. Most diners can get an entire breakfast to your table in 20 minutes. One time is forgivable, but it has been a few times now. The management needs improving and since I have worked at a McDonald's in the past, I know an assistant manager should take over the grill and get the line moving. A 20+ minute wait on more than one occasion is enough to make me pick another restaurant.

My order was messed up. And it's not the first time that that it's been done. I ordered double cheeseburgers with only onions on them. And they still put condiments on them. People really need to pay attention when they work with food. What if I had a food allergy to tomatoes I could have had a reaction all because people can't even read am order correctly. Check your orders before you leave or before the delivery person leaves.

Huge worker problem at this McDonald's, can't seem to find good management and scheduling. Wouldn't recommend getting food from here, workers are starved and burned out because of the lack of management meaning alot of them care more about when they go home rather then if you get your food hot and ready.

The opposite of "fast" food. Waited a half hour in the drive-thru and I'm still 3 cars away from paying. 🤦‍♀️ I wanted to avoid the drive thru altogether but the outside door was locked. This was supposed to be a "treat" for my daughter's good behavior at the grocery store. Instead it's felt like a punishment for both of us. Employees must have to catch and pluck the chickens for those nuggets with how long this is taking. Never again.

Here is why this is the wrost McDonalds I have ever gone too. The first thing that they did wrong was one time I ordered a cheese burger and they forgot the cheese on a cheese burger. Next time I ordered a happy meal and they forgot the toy and the milk. Today I got 10 pice nuggets and they only gave me 9. This place is horrible I do not reccomend. But I am going to keep on going back because it McDonald's
