Dunkin'

Order was wrong and went into the restaurant to receive the right order and stood there for a good 15 minutes while everybody avoided eye contact with me at the front register and only serviced the drive-through window. Couldn't bother to say anything to acknowledge the customer before the customer had to speak up. Then ofcourse was given attitude when asked if the front register is open. Definitely had more then 5 people there running the show and were not understaffed. Good job.

Do NOT order blue raspberry coolata from this Dunkin!! My son keeps finding what appears to be like phlegm in the drink. We have made one of the workers aware of this and she claims it’s from the machine. What you see in the pic is mild compared to other times. We will not be ordering this again from here.

They don’t seem to grasp the concept of the new smart screen menu. I put my mobile order in and the screen connects to my phone and acknowledges my order and tells me to pull forward. But the crew want me to stop and say my number and name. Haha what’s the point of the smart screen. It’s meant to save your franchise time and effort. Just do what the screen tells you, it’s not hard. Don’t make the job or order hard than it needs to be. But the kid at the window wanted to argue that that’s not the point of the smart digital menu. Lol ok sonny.

I’ve never been to this store before but am very happy to have gone today. The lady who took my order, with dark hair and part of it dyed a red color, was the sweetest. She was a lovely girl and the coffees I ordered came out perfect. Me and my fiancée live in oneonta and the coffees never come out quite this good. What a nice way to start the day.
