Two orders and both weren't good. The bread was not fresh. When bitting the sandwich you will feel the bread hard. Second sandwich the meat was cold. They did a whole new sandwich and the meat was warm but not hot. Maybe their machine is not functioning anymore. Is a sign to look into their equipment and bake fresh bread.

The attendants were nice but they didn't have fresh bread ready. Only one choice of bread, bread was clearly old because it was very flakey. Asked for toasted subs but my chicken was cold when I ate it. I assume this place used to be better. Hopefully the owner will read this and fix the issues.

They don’t accept coupons and they don’t have a sign up to let people know, went to get sandwiches planning to use my coupons because I’m on a budget and had to pay full price because I had already ordered them and had to pay for them 🥲

it was an unpleasant experience, the salesman guy did everything inaccurately and lazily. there was a feeling that he was forced to do it. I do not advise taking it.

Best subway I’ve ever been to from southern to northern Cali. I’m from Orange County and I travel to Santa Rosa and work around that area I also work in basket field and I have never in my entire life witness such a great subway. The people who attend you make such a great sandwich! Wish all your subways were like this one! Much love to this place
