Jack In The Box

Okay, so I've always enjoyed going to Jack in The box, and I love to give good reviews, I usually wait a couple of days before I post a review so I can be a little more objective, but this particular visit was very annoying. Went to the drive-thru to order food at 11:30 p.m. and it took about 30 minutes to get through the line, and the line wasn't even that long. At one point I contemplated going somewhere else but it was too late, I had too many cars behind me. And the food was subpar, The buttery Jack was not very buttery as it usually is, and the jumbo Jack tasted as though it was missing something but I couldn't quite figure it out, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a strawberry soda, I wasn't about to go back through that line again to get it corrected, and the lobby was closed. Hopefully the next time I go the service will be quicker and the food will be better. If I even go back to that location.
