31 Flavors has the best ice in my book and their staff are always great! Too bad the storefront cement area it's filthy with black stains and drippings, etc. It has been this way for years and I'm guessing the whole strip is owned by an owner or property Management company that doesn't give a rip how the stores and fronts look. Feel sorry for the individual businesses that have to put up with that.

The girls were nice and even though it was crowded they handled the line fast!! Great customer service too!! I bought of pint of my favorite Jamoca Almond fudge!!!

I popped in this place for a quick ice cream and it was delicious. The customer service was great and the place was clean. Great spot for sandwiches or sweets.

No sign with hours posted and the door was locked at 9pm. They must like laughing at people trying to come in. I suggested google change the hours based on another review, but the restaurant does not seem to care about this known issue

Two girls serving us were very rude about their “cookies n cream” ice cream. Asked her where it was and she aggressively pointed to their sign. Like ok, then when she was serving me , rolled her eyes. Practice your customer service ! Managers need to solve this issue. 0/10 would recommend.

It says they close at 10pm, I went there two times before 10pm and they were close, today I saw the workers out at 9:32pm and when I asked them- they said it is open till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, please change the timings on google so that people don't come and find out you all are closed. Very UN-professional Management.

Very nice young man behind the counter. Only 2 No Sugar Added choices (both delicious) and several low calorie, non-dairy ice creams and sherberts. They also have ice cream cakes and other cool delicacies. Very fresh if a little pricey and you can have only what you want to eat today so you are not tempted to get up and eat it in the middle of the night.
