Best customer service I've had at any Starbucks location. The individual taking my order was extremely friendly and welcoming. My order was given to me in less than 5 minutes, definitely coming back.

Hands down this has to be the WORST place to get a matcha latte, I don’t know what I was expecting but it was not low quality matcha with clumps throughout. Just writing this so other don’t make the same mistake, I genuinely regret paying for this. I did give them 2 stars because they’re coffee has never been too much of an issue

Asked for light ice, gave me extra ice and extra foam. They tried to fix it,-they did it twice. The worst part is that the extra foam wasn't even to cover up empty space, they just left an inch of empty space above the extra foam.

Great spot with plenty of room on high chairs or individual seated sections.
Friendly staff and they have a drive-thru as well that's pretty quick!

I miss Ruth... where did she go?? She was amazing. I hope she didn't leave or get let go cuz if that did happen and you ever have the chance to rehire her... don't think about it. Just do it. She's amazing. Love her. And the staff here is always super nice.

They advertise a cotton candy drink and was told they dont have things to make or don't know how to make it. Then why advertise it?

Asked for light ice, no foam and I received extra ice, extra foam and 1 inch empty space above the extra ice and extra foam, venti drink with a total of 4oz of liquid.

My husband ordered the wrong item for breakfast, and Helen helped us in the drive thru, she was so sweet and kind! She remade the item he MEANT to order and it was hot and ready before my coffee even came out! Excellent customer service and a happy attitude is hard to find these days. Thanks so much!
