Very cool little shop with some fantastic coffee, great service, and local vibe! My dark roast was so smooth I could have drank it without creamer. Great clean and minimalist atmosphere.

We did a drive up to Cloudcroft from Alamogordo and stopped in to Black Bear while we were there. The atmosphere was great and the staff are super friendly. We got a hot chocolate and mountain mochas and they were so rich and delicious. Definitely would make a return trip!

Super friendly people inside. The drinks were good though could stand to be served a little bit hotter. I plan on returning to see what their plain brewed coffees are like instead of the mixed drinks.

Tried this place for the first time the other day and it was amazing! From customer service to the taste of the coffee 10/10! The staff was extremely kind and very involved in helping my indecisive self decide what I wanted. Whenever I come back to New Mexico I will definitely come here for the coffee! Its cozy and has a little bit of everything! The photos on the wall are gorgeous! I had no idea one of the employees actually took them! Very cool! Great place!!!

Black Bear Coffee was great! I finished a long bike ride into Cloudcroft. They had a Lavender Latte, and it was delicious! Quality coffee for sure.
I also appreciated the intentionality of the shop itself. The bathrooms were clean, and the hand soap had a great scent. Overall a great place! Definitely recommend stopping by.

Love, love, love this place. You'd never anticipate great coffee in the middle of nowhere. Hands down, the best coffee In a 70 mile radius!!!
I always order the Feelin Nutty, half sweet. It's divine!

While visiting Cloudcroft stopped in this gem of a coffee shop and not only is their coffee amazing but the owners are so friendly. The vibe is on point and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I absolutely love their latte selection. Highly recommend stopping or taking a trip just for their coffee.
