Western Bar

I love the service. Every time I go in, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. The food is great from the Burgers and Philly Cheese Steaks to the Steaks it’s self. I’ve never been let down with my mixed drinks or beers on tap. If your passing through and are hungry or thirsty give it a shot. You’ll be happy you did!!

It's nice when a bar actually serves good food. Simple fare (burgers & sandwiches) off an unambitious (short) menu, done right. Friendly, capable wait staff, with no mistakes. That's a refreshing change from the way things typically go in this day and age. The burgers were big and flavorful. The sides were very generous (they gave me a mountain of tater tots!) Why not 5 stars? Atmosphere. It's a bar... barely a saloon. It was dark, but for the neon bar signs, and cramped, too dark to tell how clean it was, and the iced tea was weak. But we enjoyed the food.

My 22 year old daughter was denied an alcoholic beverage here, not because she is underage to drink, but because her driver's license is vertical instead of horizontal. Her license is not expired. It is very obviously authentic. AND although not expired, she even renewed her license online right in front of the server to obtain the horizontal version... and because they couldn't print it for her they still would not serve her. Most insane, ridiculous, insulting policy I've ever heard of. My daughter is not much of a drinker at all, but with her boyfriend and their group of friends in town to ski for a few days, she was mortified to be treated so unfairly when she is actually, of legal age. I would not give this establishment my business if they were the only bar in town . Which, I think they are.
