Red Maple Restaurant

Have been coming here for about 15 years, and will keep coming back. Great food, friendly service....I have been living outside of NV for nearly 6 years and every time I come in, it feels like being welcomed home. Amazing breakfast, unbeatable prices. Hats off to Charlie and the ladies for keeping a community stronghold open and thriving all these years.

PROS: This diner had good quality food for the right price and had a great wait staff. We met the owner and he was one of the nicest restaurant owners I've ever met. They even have a counter area for people that don't want to claim a table. Which is rare for tiny diners. The tables were clean and the menus were not sticky like many diner menus are CONS: The place looks beat up. The walls, floor, furniture, etc all looks like it was beaten upon for over 2 decades. The menus didn't have a lot of options on it either, and the parking is terrible. You have to park on the street OVERALL: This is a cute place to eat. It's very small (so it could become crowded) and the staff is nice and the place is clean. If you don't mind the beaten up atmosphere and the bad parking, then go on down and try it out

The food is decent, and price is competitive with nearby diners. So why did I give it 5 stars? The people. I've been coming here for 30 years, same people, same service, same customers. You'll get that neighborhood feel, a community coming together in one spot. That's the best part of this place. Just remember to bring cash, no credit cards accepted.
