Pizza Hut

Order quite a bit because I'm pregnant and love pizza hut right now. However this location just sucks. They get stuff wrong a lot. Leave stuff out of your order, food under cooked. When I got my free pizza with my points in was still charged for it and no one could tell me why. It was not cooked properly.

Always delivers on time. Only problem-- I always order the "hut favorite" on the crust. First time it came without it: the husband said "give them a chance". I did. I gave them 5 chances. Each time delivering online with the Hut Favorite checked:, I always added a little note. "Please don't forget Hut Favorite on the crust." Still wasn't there!! The last time we ordered, I checked the pizza in the driveway when the delivery guy was still in front me. He said to contact the manager. We tried. It's been 2 months with no call back. Obviously.. we're done.

Great food experience and clean. I was there two weeks ago and more help needs to be hired. One mgr. doing everything is killing him and getting to the point of exhaustion. I've been here enough to get my own napkins and silverware. At least try the salad bar especially on family night since it's included with the meal. Use coupons if possible for better pricing on total costs. Closed permanently because of Coronavirus couldn't do enough business at carry out and delivery.

Lately the service has been horrible. On one occasion there was a line of people waiting for their take out pizza. After waiting an extra 20 minutes a man who was waiting in line walked in the kitchen and started making pizzas. There has been many other instances where pizza hut has upright failed including a complete failure to deliver. All of this occuring recently, pizza hut use to be a favorite in our household however after recent events has caused us elsewhere for pizza.
