Mcdonald's

Low on staff. At least 3 managers on the floor and no one providing an instructions to workers. Workers lack team working skills and proper training. Items were not stocked, place was messy and was not once acknowledge of our wait or patience . No friendly greeting or faces. No process to be followed for workers. Atmosphere unpleasant

Have tried to eat at this place 3 or 4 times since moving down here from Kansas. Never had an issue back home but this place gives cold food every time. I can’t not say anything at this point cause it’s pathetic. There’s no excuse to be paying employees and managers who aren’t properly trained or training their employees. My 2 McDoubles 2 Mcchickens 2 orders of fries and nuggets were all so bad they tasted as if they were sitting in a heating Bin for over 3 hours. The customer service was fine but what’s the point when the food literally can’t get worse. This place clearly needs a big change in management as I’ve worked fast food before and I thought those places could’ve tried a little bit more but my goodness I don’t think this McDonald’s should even be on the map.

Does McDonald's intentionally hire incompetent people, or is this just a naturally occurring phenomenon? Today I went the to get lunch, and figured I would go through the drive thru for the convenience I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal no tomatoes and a medium sprite. What I actually got was some chicken sandwich with TOMATOES! So I go inside to get my correct order. Well after waiting 10 minutes and watching two female employees fight about who bumped into who I finally get my sandwich, now I can only guess that McDonald's sells their sandwiches by weight so when one item is omitted something else has to be doubled up to replace the missing weight, because that has to be the only explanation why my burger was drowning in mayonnaise. I'll never eat at another McDonald's again. And to think they want 15 dollars an hour but can't read an order screen correctly 🙄

Went thru drive-thru, intercom came on and said, we have no nuggets, quarter pound meat,ect! Wow, I have never in my 40 yrs experienced that! I said, ok then I have a app coupon for a free LG fry..had trouble loading it, the drive-thru worker started to blow, like I was taking to long! So I got my free fries, they was like a rubber suitcase, NASTY!! Guess since they was free, they didnt care to give me old cold fries!!

Ordered a double quarter pounder, 2 cheese burgers, 2 drinks, 2 mcflurries, and 2 fries. Got the fries, drinks, and 2 cheese burgers. Waited about 40 minutes from order to leaving. Let my son eat his cheese burgers and fries, denied the mcflurries, and left. Disclaimer- if any representative of this restaurant attempts to contact me I will change this review to 1 star.
