I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. There was no BBQ on my pizza, it was dry with a container of BBQ on the side. Due to it being dry when baked, it was hard and barely edible. Another of my pizzas had incorrect toppings.

The ladies who greeted me and handed me my order were friendly both time I was in today. They pizza smelled AMAZING and tasted delicious!! One suggestion, add the option for light sauce on your app for orders. Thanks!!

Horrible Service manager not helpful at all asked to change an item on pizza before Pizza made said computer wouldn't let her add pineapple... Don't go here!!!!

Correct my order that I placed on 09-04-2021. I had ordered the 2 large 3-topping pizzas and cheesesticks for $22.99...was charged extra $3 a pizza for stuffed crust. Bacon, pepperoni & Ham was one...bacon ×2 and chicken was the other. Did not receive ANY sticks!! Paid for parmesan, ranch×4 marinera×4 & garlic butter×4...did not receive ANY sauces!! Got a 20 oz Dr pepper and Pepsi instead of 2-liters!! If this order could be corrected...then I would strongly recommend your store!

They cooked the pizza perfectly, the people were extreamly nice, and it was packaged nicely. However I only gave it 4 stars cause who ever cut the pizza failed at their job. I had to cut it with my knife, which wasn't easy going down the road so my kids could eat. I think my wife was watching me cut it, hoping I would stab myself.

They made sure our pizza was secured and not smashed up like the one we got a couple of weeks ago! Pizza Hut has restored my faith in their food and quality of service.
