Food was cold and soggy, not good at all. One of the server drive ins wasn’t even working. When we got our food it was just gross. Not happy at all. We only came here because Zaxby’s was closed and we should have just gone to McDonald’s.

Being a kid at heart and wanting to relive youth at drive in food places, I stopped at Sonic. I ordered a foot long hotdog with fries and a soda. The young man who delivered the food to the window was very nice and friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the volume on the order speaker was too low. It was very hard to hear the inside order taker. All in all I was satisfied with the food and service. FIX THE VOLUME ON BAY 3.

Awful service. Server couldn't remember two simple combo meals then got an attitude when questioned about it. A manager or someone else took over but their hiring process is lacking. The food, as usual, was nasty. The lettuce tasted like week old lettuce from a full fridge. The beef was particularly dry and the fries, super soggy. The chili on the footling was actually good though not enough to save them. Terrible place. Terrible, terrible place.

Everything else was great (Service and attitude, the rest of the meal) but the Sonic burger we received was barely warm. I don’t know if the toppings are stored just above freezing and supercooled the patty and/or was barely cooked to temp but it was not the burger I’d expect from a Sonic. And yes we ate as soon as we received our order.

I used to love sonic. They have the best fast food milkshakes, in my opinion. And they’re right by my house so my wife and I would go often. But one night they gave my wife a spoiled milkshake, not sure if it was the milk or what but after a back and forth email with corporate, we never got our money back. And now this precise location isn’t serving ice cream after 8pm. When other sonics offer it. How can you advertise one of your most popular products but won’t sell them? Will never buy from the store again

Food is okay unfortunately we didn't get are complete order. Some snack items I asked for 2 frito burritos only got 1 no big deal, we go again the next day ordered 2 pretzel twist didn't get either of them that time also other items with combo was missing as well. Shakes are good definitely don't like wasting my money paying for food an not receiving it.

This location is chronically understaffed. The stalls are not usually open, so just go to the drive-through. The food is okay. It took us 30 minutes to get the food after waiting in the stall and being told to go through the drive-through. They need more people working at the location.
Edited to add: our whole family got sick from the food tonight. I won’t make the mistake of going there again.

Ordered ahead via app but they did not come to stall to deliver did, as directed. Once in drive through, had to wait. 3 cars ahead, food not hot. Took over 30 min. Was tasty but had to heat up at home.
