I really enjoyed the Classic chicken sandwich. As a matter of fact, I went back a few days later to order it again. I went thru the drive-thru and was frustrated by the speaker (microphone)... it was very difficult to hear what the order taker was saying and I had to have her repeat herself several times to understand and complete my order. They need to improve that aspect of customers service.

That KFC chicken sandwich is addictive. It was delicious! I wish they could create a low sodium menu and I could eat KFC more frequently😅

I came to this location at 445pm and received all cold food. The fries was very cold and stale tasting. No crunch at all. The chicken was cold and lacked flavor and there was extra oil and the wing I received. The food was not good at all nor was it hot smh especially for this time of day the food should have been fresh and it wasn't. I will go to another location if I decide on KFC again.

She couldn't hear me so well, I'm assuming the microphone was not too clear. She raised her voice and id raised my mine as well. Today wasn't a good day for neither one of us. Customer service has room for improvement and food iorder was placed correctly and dont snatched the money from the customer's hand not good for business. Was there for the after 12 hour.

This KFC is horrible . We have got some family meal for 30 dollars and when we got to the window the lady was rude and nasty. Then we had to go back because they also forgot our beverage and some things apart of the combo .
Then when we got our beverage it was busted . But the had given our missing thing from the combo . This was THE WORST place I have ever been to in my life. This place is not Worth you spending your money on .

I havee done a survey and gave them a goodd review. I then received a side order for commpleting the survey. Generally the workers are nice (to me) The strips are good. Nashville Hot or Smokey Mountain. The hot honey is also good. The Georgia gold is the least spicy of the three. They are somewhat greasy. A few more moments on the treadmill... I like the fact that they have green beans instead of the high GI beans, rice potatoes, corn or other high starch sides... As soon as I say that, they are out of green beens. Generally good regardless
