This Captain D’s food was old and nasty. They tried to refry the shrimp basket and it tasted like it. The breading was hard and greasy. The cheese sticks were at one point fried then apparently they tried to reheat the food. My 9 year old just refused to eat! With food cost increasing I’m very upset they even sent this out. It wasn’t like I was rushing them.

Our order was wrong. I'm always nervous when they ask me to pull up and they'll bring my order out, but usually because they always forget a sauce I request. This time, I got home after ordering 2 country-style fish and shrimp dinners with different sides, and I only had one that was country-style and only one had the shrimp in it, although we paid for both. In addition, I was also missing requested sauces. This is a convenient location, but very disappointing to pay for something and not receive it!

Service was really slow. There were multiple Promotion signs for the double dozen shrimp were all over the place. However, they told me they did not have any. Sounds odd...

Food wasn't all that great at this location and out of alot of things. Employees rude. Woman wanted a refill on her tea, she was dining in and was told by employee that they don't do refills, that she would have to pay $2.48 if she wanted more tea. This place needs to be shut down, if not the building looks like it will fall apart by it's self, bad upkeep on property.
