Staff was rude. No sign saying dining area closed. But had cash only sign. Also, LJS side was closed but not kfc. Chicken was very small and dry.

Their fish & shrimp are SO GOOD! Delicious food & reasonable drive through timeline for fresh food. 👏

The food was as we expected it to be. The young lady at the cash register seemed very disengaged. She was very scripted but didn't seem to be there. Several customers after us seemed to have struggles with her getting their order right. She was checking her phone and texting several times also.

We chose to wait the 15 minutes for the KFC chicken. Ordered 3 pc dark meat meal. Got 2. Ordered a Longjohns 2pc meal. Chose coleslaw as side. Didn't get it. Overall food was hot and tasty but we don't eat there much because they often times don't get the order quite right

We waited for our order, in the designated spot for 9 minutes. They came out with the order just as we had decided to complain and leave. We left and parked to eat along the riverfront, about 5 blocks away. I had asked for ketchup, got tartar sauce. My husbands french fries were in my shrimp. I had mashed potatoes and cole slaw (the best part of the meal). Our shrimp and chicken were luke-warm. Like they actually had them ready when we were waiting and forgot to bring them out when they were actually hot. Luke-warm greasy is not tasty, it is gross. Will not be going back to this location.
