Bojangles

Of the 3 locations in the county, this one is by far the superior choice. Here's why: 1. This location never makes me wait for chicken. I don't know why a place that only sells chicken runs out of chicken but the locations in Laurens and on the interstate have both done this recently. Not the one in town though. From my observations, it's about management knowing their community and caring about being of service rather than convincing others they can explain away their failure. 2. Quality. No matter the opinion on point 1 above, there is no reason why there should be inconsistent quality in the product. But... There is! This location (in town in Clinton) just makes better food. Weird, right? Since around 2015, when there were only two that I knew of, this has always been the case. It isn't about the ages or the culture of the employees. That has changed a few times over the years. But the food is still far better here. Baffling. 3. Friendliness. No matter who you are or how good you are at your job, you can be kind and friendly. If Bojangles is too much for you to maintain basic human decency, go work in an environment that doesn't require you to see the customer. Milliken has been hiring for years if you don't mind a pay cut. That's it. That's why I love this particular location. I drive from the other end of the county to get here. And it's always worth the drive.

Jamie was our cashier this morning, I hope she is or will be soon a shift leader. Such a delight to have met. Very sweet young lady. Now a days it's hard to find a place with such pleasant employees, however this store is full of smiling faces and very good manners. I most definitely will be back when I am in the area and make sure to spread the word. Food was delicious, clean restaurant, which is also hard to find now a days. I would say Jamie and the rest of the staff all deserve raises. 🙏 Thank you to the staff for making this a great dine in experience.

We were traveling from Florida to Tennessee and stopped here along the way. Originally from Ohio though. And I will tell you I have never seen such AMAZING hospitality. My husband and I were blown away with such great service. They knew their regulars and helped a 94 year old woman sit, order her meal, and brought it out to her. Everyone in this restaurant were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the great work. PS Bo’s original chicken sandwich is a must order.

This was a very clean store. Customer service was excellent. The food was par. Chicken tenders were good, but a touch on the dry side. Fries were a little subpar for my likes. Most of them overcooked. The biscuit was dry, bland and not flaky. Kind of wishing I would’ve went on and ate somewhere else. But the customer service was so good, I’d consider eating here again when I’m looking for something different.
