Costa Vida

I have yet to have a bad experience here. The staff is always cheerful and willing to listen before creating our order. I have witnessed the staff at this place be belittled, yelled at, disrespected and they still just try to keep the line moving. I wish people would be more friendly with the staff, they are attempting to create the order you wanted and yelling and making them feel less than does no good. I wish I could name all the young people who have helped me in the past, but honestly they are all pretty amazing. We will continue to get our dinner (steak salads) from here.

Costa Vida is a franchise, so you can usually expect good food at a reasonable price. This franchise is not an exception: it is still the same great food. The store itself is decent enough. It's usually clean, and the service is usually pretty good. Just make sure they can hear you over the sounds of the kitchen. Edit: Increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars for the responsiveness of staff to this review. I think a business reading and responding to their reviews shows they care a lot about what their customers think.

Always a wonderful experience here! Especially the last time I had some wonderful workers help me out and were so kind even with how messy my toddler and baby can be! Their worker Darcy helped me when my son started a food fight, 🤦🏻‍♀️ which he in return dumped a drink on her head while she helped pick up the food off the floor! She was so calm and polite despite the situation, and then after accidentally dropping my daughters binky in the garbage when I went to dump the tray I got stuck trying to get it! So a worker helped get me out 😂 embarrassing but a great story now! She even climbed in afterwards to get the binky and had to finish the rest of her shift with rice in her hair 🥲 (Her name was kara something? I want to say Karalynn.. but I had my head in a bin the majority of the time she was talking to me so I’m not certain) anyways. Thanks again! ❤️ you guys are wonderful! Highly recommend! PS THEY NEED A RAISE!!!!
