Wendy's

Super nice people! However, it does not make up for the wait times or the cold, half filled fries :( This is the 3rd time we've gone to this Wendy's where we've specifically asked for extra sauce, none was given. Asked for a double stack, got a junior bacon. We went tonight, and our medium fry was more like a kids fry. Overall, glad we were able to eat out. But sad it was not what we hoped for.

We were totally ignored and stood at the counter as employees kept walking by...no acknowledgement a female in plain clothes clicked out and did not acknowledge us either..........get your people trained. This was at 7:30 pm we finally walked out it would have been a $50.00 order or more. I would like to make an edit to this review. The first one actually did happen and it was very disappointing. We stopped in at Wendy's this morning and had breakfast on our way to the airport and I spoke with the general manager who was very apologetic, explained the staffing situation and the reasoning of the two managers that were very incapable of taking care of customers and providing customer service. So thank you so much for making our last visit to Wendy's at your location. For now a enjoyable one.

I lived in clifton for two years and have spent money every week at this Wendy's but I definitely will not anymore. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through after the bumped my order and told me to pull ahead and was clearly forgotten about. When confronted the worker literally ran away! When we spoke to the manager she tried to explain the food we were waiting on was in high order and they couldn't make enough to keep up, which to me means they served everyone behind me first. Cold food rude manager 🤮
