Dunkin'

Although I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a “small cold cup of milk” for my son. I was not given a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told they didn’t charge me for it, so they couldn’t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had to swipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out) because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn’t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employees announced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook. I can deal with mistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I will be contacting Dunkin’s corporate office.

Young girls that works at this place need to do better with customer services. They are very rude, slow, and store is always unclean. You need to wait 3-5 mins to order cup of coffee, because they are busy with their cellphone. This place need a new management team because the employees are very young and careless. If you are on rush do not go to this place.

Bathroom in this place was filthy dirty. I don’t understand what happened in there but someone exploded in the bathroom. Dirty seat and floor. Looks like no one cleans it. There were three girls behind the counter. You mean to tell me they use this bathroom like that and don’t bother to clean? What a big shame. I regret not taking pictures to post. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like in the back. 🤮
