Kfc

Food poisoning! Went through drive-thru order L2 which is to pieces of chicken, two hushpuppies and fries. The manager who was working my order said to pull around that the chicken had four more minutes to cook and she would bring it on out. The car before and after me all had to do the same. The car before us got their order and the car after. At the sixteen minute point I inside and ask about my order. Same lady manager said it still cooking. She walked over to the other workers and they all looked the screen. She came back over and said what did you order. So, I said L2 she went back over to her coworkers they looked at the screen again they all talk and she then walk over next to the cash register and picks up my order already tied up and ready to go. She forgot to bring it out to me. We get the food cone home and eat. Within minutes of eating I became violently ill. I threw up my meal and will spare you the rest of the horrible details. LONG JOHN SILVERS I will never be back to the Clemson restaurant. Not only because of food poisoning but while the manager was talking to her crew about my missing food. One of her employees another lady worker got two gloves to put on. She dropped one and still put it on. I couldn't believe what I just witnessed. They have an A rating on the door, don't believe it.

Staff was loudly arguing with each other, waited a long time just to order, and the fulfillment took forever. After wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, got the food home and not a single thing was correct in the order! Not sure how they can screw up an entire order but they managed to do just that! Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

This kfc is awful. I ordered popcorn chicken combo via drive thru, after I paid for it, the lady then decides to inform that they have to cook them and I would need to wait. So I wait 15-20 mins, no one brought my food. I then go inside, they then said it would be 3 mins left. Wait for anothet 15 mins, NO FOOD. I just go in and just ask for my money back. I understand it is hard for staffing but just to completely neglect someone is just ridiculous.

I have been there several times, with no problems, but the last three times they have been out of items on the menu. 2 times it was fries and the last time was chicken tenders. That's right on a Friday night a chicken place is out of chicken. I will not waste my time going back to this location Sad that a restaurant is this inept in a college town.
