Pizza Hut

The order arrived way after quoted delivery time. I called the location 3 times to check on the order and No one ever answered the phone. Full order was not delivered together, food was Luke warm at best and did not taste fresh. This experience really has changed my love and thoughts for Pizza Hut as a whole

Wow. So apparently they don’t deliver to the pier, but they won’t tell you that when you call the store and order. They’ll take the order, then have customer service call ten minutes later from a random number that no one is going to answer. They won’t leave a message and just cancel your oder instead. So you sit and wait for an hour while you just get more and more hungry for a pizza that will never show. Thank you for the waste of time and my pounding hunger headache. 10/10 would recommend for a hugely disappointing experience (the lady that did answer the phone was so nice tho, I hate she told me they would deliver but she was really nice)

BEFORE YOU BUY!! This is a warning to anyone that wants to buy from this location. DON'T! So not only did it take over an hour to get to my apartment, there was only a 45min delivery time, but when it finally made it here it was stone cold and tasted like absolute trash! I spent $60 on soggy pizza bread sticks that were dripping with oil and not even cut and boneless wings that were dry over cooked garbage. Would have been better to literally go with any other fast food joint in the area. If I was the franchise owner I would fire every single person working there.

I order pizza for delivery through Pizza Hut . They didn’t notify me that they were contacting door dash to deliver my food . I called the manager Lucinda to let her know that I didn’t want my food delivered through door dash she was rude and said nothing she can do about and stared laughing. I got my food at 12:45 and it said it left the store at 12:06 I live 5 min away from the restaurant. I got my food the food was cold and the box that my pizza was in wasn’t sealed. I called the store back and now they won’t answer . If I could give zero stars I would definitely.

This pizza hut is extremely unprofessional. I ordered a pizza last month and it gave my family and I food poisoning. I contacted customer service because I could never get in touch with management at the store. I was told I would get a refund, so I arranged for transportation to get said refund. I had tried calling the store at least ten times to talk to the manager about my issue. When I arrived i was told I would be issued a credit to my account. That could have been relayed to me through a phone call. I'm on disability and am unable to drive myself so I had to wait for my husband to be off from work to take me. The manager is extremely obnoxious. I was supposed to receive a sixteen dollar credit, they only gave me a thirteen dollar credit. I ordered my replacement pizza today and there was hardly ANY pizza sauce even though I ordered it with EXTRA. I feel as though this was done out of spite. I have worked in management in the food industry before and the amount of attitude I received from this woman. I'm extremely unsatisfied. I will no longer be doing business with this location.

The flavor of the pizza was terrible. I used to love Pizza Hut's sauce. I didn't care for it this time. Also, I usually order thin crust pizza. But, they messed up on one of my pizzas and gave me hand tossed. The flavor of the bread was very dull. It seriously tasted like flour mixed with water. I wouldn't go here again. Four pizzas cost us $84. It was absolutely not worth it. I've noticed that I never see a Pizza Hut rated above 3 stars in Google reviews....
