Chipotle Mexican Grill

Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. Got two burritos, one for me one for the wife, and one of the burritos was legitimately half the size of the other one. Paid the same for both of them, but got half of what the other one was. As well the ingredients were not well distributed. I ended up with a fist size amount of cheese at the bottom of my burrito, and my wife only had guacamole the bottom half of hers. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. Photo shows the size difference after 1/4 had been eaten off the larger burrito.

Probably the worse Chipotle. The rice was hard, the meat was tough and the employees are rude and lazy. I noticed they were out of grilled peppers. I asked how long till fresh was ready. was told were not making anymore. (its was several hours till closing time) was told they could make more but it would take 15 min. I told them i would wait. Then suddenly they had peppers. Someone from corporate needs to get this location under control. They're bad for your brand.

Legit the worst chipotle. They’re always out of everything. I get supply shortages, but this one has been consistently out of everything when other stores are not. Not to mention they have messed up online orders left and right for me. I never order delivery anymore because I know when I get my order, it’ll be wrong. I only do pickup so I can check in the store. Chipotle corporate probably thinks I’m scamming with how many times I’ve had to ask for a refund. Corporate needs to get a chokehold on this store.

I go to this chipotle at least 2x's/week. Over the last couple of years, I have noticed a steady decline, but over the last few months, it has been awful. I used to mobile order but after weeks of my order being completely wrong, I have started going in. I used to pay for extra protein but I was not even getting a full scoop, much less extra. If you go in the evenings (6 pm), they are out of a lot of items and what they do have is usually cold. I was charged $52 for a burrito bowl last week (usually $8.50) and did not notice until I got home. I went back the following day and they told me there was nothing they could do, even after I spoke with the manager. I love Chipotle but this is a very poorly ran location.

I dont like to write bad reviews, let alone any reviews, but I am starting to get slightly peeved with this location. In the past couple weeks, I've ordered from here numerous times. And every time, my order either has missing items, or the amounts are very very stingy. When I get a steak bowl, its only on one side of the bowl and thinly layered. If I order double protein, I pay $4.30 more and get one full scoop of protein (if I am lucky). There's a few more issues but to sum it up, this is just an inconsistency that should be addressed.

I had ordered a burrito with steak and several other toppings. They gave me a burrito with just rice guac and barbacoa 😅 and didn’t even tell me, I hot home to that surprise. Didn’t have the chips I paid for so they told me to go online and get a refund. I think I should be able to get a refund in the store if I paid for it.

When Clemson let out the staff apparently stopped working. There was no food on the line. Everything looked cold and gross. And if you asked for something they acted like it was the biggest chore to get it made. I didn't even order. I just saw them interacting with the 2 customers in front of me. I walked out, went to Moe's across the street and had a much better experience.

3 managers in the back (I know what chipotle managers look like, worked at chipotle for 2 years) Line hasn’t moved in 15 mins, y’all can help out your only line staff to move the line of 4 people as we’ve been eyeing you down for the past 20 mins… Doesn’t make any sense to me, these aren’t the standards that I remember chipotle mentored staff members.
