Jersey Mike's Subs

Decent sandwich, very rare and cold roast beef with provolone and "juice" on the top. The price for my sandwich, a fountain drink , bag of chips and my wife's sandwich and bottle of water was a ridiculously high $25! I should have eaten somewhere else but we were with a group that had limited time. I doubt that we will go back to Jersey Mike's, frankly McAlister's Deli has better food and service, so I cannot recommend this restaurant for lunch.

I very rarely write these reviews, but my experience visiting this shop today was so GREAT that I just had to. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. I was greeted immediately by a nice lady, who asked how my day was going. Small talk continued while my sub was created, which is fun to watch by the way. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh which is a nice touch. The "splash" at the end made my mouth water and I was instantly even more ready to experience this sub for the first time. Once I left I decided that I couldn't wait to try this sub, so I tore into it right there in my car. My particular sub choice was the Italian (this is my default at sub shops). It was by far the most delicious Italian sub I've ever had. Nothing really overpowers anything else, you can actually pick out the different flavors in the sub. Even the seasoning and "splash" don't mute everything else, which is impressive. I will absolutely be back to try a different sub, very soon. Extremely impressed with this company and I hope the experience is similar at all of their locations.

We ordered four subs on a busy Saturday at lunchtime and had to wait, a long time. When we got home we realized one of the subs was not what was ordered. However, everything was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly to every single person who walked in. At least three staff members apologized to me for the long wait. When I was finally given my order I was handed four free sub coupons along with another sincere apology because of the long wait. I noticed they were expired when I got to the car but given the positive attitude form everyone in the store I cannot imagine they will give us any grief when we try to redeem an expired coupon. Given all that did not go well, I still think a 5 star review is deserved because of the upbeat staff. They did not ignore me or pretend they were doing their best work. They owned it, apologized, and tried to make it right. They were awesome! I will definitely be back.

Great food, but the outstanding part was the staff. We took our kids (5 & 2) and they were awesomely nice, made it really fun. Super friendly, excellent sandwich makers and great people. Nate was one, I didn't get the other two's names but all three went out of their way to make it an excellent experience.
