Neither Customer service nor common sense are available at this restaurants location. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and asked if I could get a little KFC slaw on it. Was asked if I wanted a large or small side order of slaw on the side, told her neither just a spoonful on the sandwich. I was informed that she was not allowed to put anything other than mayo and pickles on it. I asked her for the sandwich with no pickles on it then and was told it came with pickles and she couldn't take them off, so I asked for chicken sandwich with just mayo and was told again if I wanted a chicken sandwich it came with mayo and pickles NO Substitutions. Went to Burger King and got my chicken sandwich with no pickles No Problem.

This is for Diana. She was the only one to show up to work at this location and our food was still delicious, it was still hot. I understand we have people that don’t want to show up but her getting flipped off by impatient/rude people is unfair. Upper management needs to do better. Please give her a raise for holding down a whole store!

1:30pm. Thursday. So I just went through the drive thru for a sandwich. When I pulled thru to pay they apologized that it was going to take 8 minutes. I said I would wait and the darling woman at the window said, would you like a drink while you wait? And I said yes and I’m going to give you a good review. No idea how good the sandwich is yet. But the customer service isn’t hurting my feelings.

Glad to give this rating, the visit wasn't a good one no salt for your food none they said they ran out. Then close shop until you get some, for customers who enjoy seasoned chicken, plus chicken to large this chicken breast i order was the size of a prehistoric creature with remember no salt. I couldn't eat it no flavor to large and plus no salt. I will continue to just fry chicken at home like my people did coming up.peace to you all.
