Subway

Young guy making my subs put 2 pieces of bacon on my footlong sub. 2. Had to ask him 3 times if this was a new policy. Said, yeah, been doing it for a couple of months. I don't think he is correct but he never offered to add more. Got angry with me when I said i wanted the bread for my turkey sub toasted but not the turkey and also when i asked for 2 sides of pickles. Literally, huffed and rolled his eyes.I think Subways are franchises so I will spend my hard earned money at another Subway but will not go back to this one. Wish I knew his name but they don't wear nametags anymore. Probably so unhappy customers can't complain about them specifically.

I have never seen a Subway restaurant ran so badly! I Door Dashed some food in which it was wrong. I had to call the store over 20 times for someone to even answer the phone then she had no idea what to do. I still haven't heard back. Awful customer service, awful communication! Will never order or eat from there again!

Great. I love Subway. It is clean and the staff members are always polite. Back in elementary school and junior high, when we would have a field trip, party, or something else special, we would order Subway. And it was always good no matter how simple the order was. Even meat on bread was good from Subway.
