Sonic Drive-in

Amazing service, and wonderful food! I was able to order and immediately receive my food at this Sonic. Aside from how swift the staff was, the young lady with the dark pigtails doing Drive Thru was extremely kind, considerate, and just overall seemed like a beautiful soul. I will definitely be going here again.

Nothing exciting. Food was decent. I have to change it from 3 to 5 stars after today's visit. The food was good but the wait was crazy. All the stalls were full and the line was all the way to the road. When I finally got to the speaker I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I wasn't paying attention but I'm sure I had already waited that or more. I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal to me. Of course when I got to the window I got my drinks and they asked me to pull forward. The guy at the window seemed new and honestly looked like he had been yelled at multiple time already today. After about 10 minutes another guy brought my food out and he had a look of defeat on his face. I know the look and feeling. I'm not sure if they are always that bust on a Sunday evening but I just hope their day gets better and the rest of the customers can be understanding and patient. They are doing the best they can and looked extremely understaffed.

Always getting the order wrong. Just ordered through DoorDash a Large Oreo milkshake and it came with no OREOs! Just a Large cup of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Ordered a medium Snickers Blast with hot fudge and they gave me a Reese’s Blast with NO hot fudge! Poor management and franchise ownership.

Gave me the wrong sized shake and wrong shake altogether after waiting 15 mins. Went in and they corrected the shake, however when I sipped it it tasted like water (maybe spit) and then realized the cake batter shake must be messed up. Threw away two shakes and paid $5 for the wrong size.. one young employee was walking around eating while everyone else was working.

Me and my husband went to sonic 1/28/22um around 7:30 pm. We n ordered 2 footlongs, cheese fries and corn dog. The young man repeated back exactly what we ordered. Get to driver thru window and payed few minutes later she hands me food. I tell her order is wrong it was 2 regular hotdogs. I said well that's not what we ordered so she rings up 2 more hotdogs. So we ended up paying more because they messed up order. That was not right. By the time we pulled up to wait the rest of our food was cold. Not going back if they can't make things right.

This location is awesome. They were a little busy tonight but still got the food out efficiently. It was all fresh and delicious and everyone was super nice and friendly. Definitely a location that management and the company can be proud of. The staff all deserve to know how great they are, their good attitudes were much appreciated after a long day.
