Taco Bell

Went thru the drive thru on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd, Tiyana was the cashier. As you can see my order from the ticket they tightly & sloppily stuffed 3 Taco Supremes in the bag instead of a Chicken Quesadilla combo. I should have known they were messing my order up on purpose due to them laughing and giggling with the window closed, I thought surely it was okay but they won’t even answer the phone. I’m certain she messed the order up because I’m a white guy in a convertible, you could sense the animosity she had towards me. BTW I was the ONLY customer they had at that time. I won’t be back and I will get ahold of a General Mgr!

I was going to give more stars based on how the staff responded when fixing the mistake, but, they did not respond well, so, here's my 1 star review from tonight. This location wasted an hour of our time. We got home with a completely burnt quesadilla. When we drove back to get a new one, the two cooks in the back laughed and remarked "Yes, that one" confirming they remembered serving burnt food to a customer. We received a replacement quesadilla and returned home to the rest of our Taco Bell order which was now cold. I know mistakes happen and we would have understood if someone accidentally served us burnt food. But, there's a big issue when the staff thinks it's funny to give burnt food to a customer.

This location SUCKS at proper food service and customer service in general. Two of the sweetest men in the world go pick up from there for my family and the last 3 times they have gone by there they have not received everything on their order that they have paid for. This evening they ordered a Crunchwrap with a hard taco for me and they completely left out the crunch wrap. Then when my sweet boys went back by to tell them they had forgotten part of the order they were met with, ‘Are you sure it’s on your receipt?’ And yes it was. A number 4 combo was paid for and they received only a hard taco as a part of their order. Seems like someone is stealing money or food that works there. Also, being rude about forgetting the food is unprofessional…You made the mistake and charged the customer for it? I don’t think so. I will be posting this review here and contacting their GM.

If sweet tea wasn't good I'd give one star but I always ask for little to none of the jalapeno sauce for some reason they decided to put the entire bottle on what I ordered with zero paper towels in the to go bag needless to say was a mess all over my work man probably won't come back to this location lost my business. Not to mention the manager that gave me my food didn't even say have a nice day just gave me the go to hell look didn't even say anything wrong.

I ordered two steak quesadillas and one crunch wrap supreme. When I pulled up the lady serving me was someone I went to school with so we chatted for a brief moment, I completely forgot to look in the bag to check food. Headed home, and after arriving and putting groceries away I go to eat my supper....and no crunch wrap! People make mistakes. Times are tough right now. But they are for the ones running through to get a quick meal as well, and spent their money on said food.....about $ 6-7 dollars taken from me. I see from the reviews there is a constant flow of something going wrong.....Taco Bell do better!
