Little hard to get in and out of if traffic is heavy on Lewisville-Clemmpns road. Once inside staff is cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean inside service was fast and food was served hot and fresh

Food was great. Not sloppy made sandwiches. All of my food was in the bag when I left also. So they got my order for three correct. 👍 Drive thru line was busy for a Thursday night at 5pm. That's usual at this location that time of day. Waited in line a little bit, but order was hot and ready to eat.

Arby's is normally very good. Today however, I placed an online order at 4:30 pm. The app said the order would be ready at 4:45. I arrived at 5:10. No one knew anything about it. The clerk told me that the order probably just hadn't come through yet. By this time it had almost been an hour. When asked why the app stated the order would be ready at 4:45, all I got was shrugged shoulders. I had to wait another 15 minutes while my order was prepared. Probably will never use the app, or Arby's for a while.

Its a hit and miss with customer service. Sometimes you my get attitudes and rudeness., others may smile and acheive good Services. That's usually through the drive-thru,try dining in you'll get a better customer service.

Love love love their chocolate milkshakes. I stop at this Arby's for one every time I am on that side of town. Always friendly service. Always smiling.

Arby's is one of my favorite fast foods to eat. If you are going to the drive-thru you will not have very long to wait. The food is made to perfection and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Stopped by the drive-thru for lunch. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, curly fries and two roast beef sandwiches for later. Everything was perfect except no Arby sauce. Not complaining though, the chicken was hot and very tasty. The curly fries were warm and I ended up giving the roast beefs away (hungry teenagers).

Specifically asked them for extra arbys sauce at the ordering box and the window, had to pull up and wait (which I don’t mind at all) and they gave us none. At all. Personally I only go for the sauce. So it’s frustrating.
