Looks delicious?? Manager was a joke. Said to direct comments to the emailed receipt. No apology no care in the world. Pizza Hut is good but the service at this location is a joke. Corporate does not care either. Order from anywhere else in cleburne!!!
Let’s add another note. Spoke to corporate. Said I would get a credit. Didn’t happen. Still funny. They apologize on the internet and via email. But don’t follow through. Then when you call they say your number is flagged..

The inside is open,but the soda machine is broken. So you have to order a 2 liter drink. They do not offer a drink in a glass.
I was told" we do not server in the dining room. You have to pick up your order."
Since I am writing waiting on my order. I wonder if glasses will be provided?
So no drink cups even for a to go. We had intended to eat in the restaurant, but why if you can't provide basic service.

I went there for lunch and the price for a medium pizza was high. I decided to order online to get a discounted price. After I received my pizza I quickly headed back to work. When I got there I realized they forgot a topping on my pizza. I didn't call because I didn't have time to go back. The main reason for my rating is the price.

Very good pizza. A little skimpy on toppings especially since i paid for extra toppings. We are repeat customers and will continue to go. I wish Pizza Hut would do the Beyond Meat pizza again.

Pizza was good, dinning room was very dirty. Multiple tables with trash on them. Waited 30 minutes for one medium pizza.

I still love the pizza here even though it took 45 min for my pizza to be ready for pickup. I will def recommend if someone is willing to wait that long to eat. The pizza is very fresh and accurate every time I order here. I miss being able to go inside the restaurant. So many other places in town have gone back to normal after the pandemic. I wish Pizza Hut would. Also, they are short staffed which is prob why it took to long before my order was ready.

Sit in pizza huts are few and far between and it's a shame. Breadsticks and garlic knots were hot and crisp. We havent even gotten the pizza yet and I'm full from all of the delicious sides! WAY better than delivery.
