Taco Bell

Omg I was calling around for nacho fries everybody was out Mrs. Amanda called me back personally and told me she had enough to make 3. I appreciate her so much my kids love nacho fries. I jumped in my vehicle for them. This Taco Bell right here is the best. Thank you again Amanda my kids are going to be so ecstatic to have them. I wish I can give 10 stars.

THIS IS MY SECOND FORM SUBMISSION. As of now, I had $23.90 stolen from me, as your restaurant wouldn't give me the food ordered. I placed an order on your website. I went to the correct restaurant, but their dining room was closed. I went to drive-thru, and the person on the speaker said they didn't have my order and wouldn't give me food. They then accused me to asking for free food, and they wouldn't give free food to someone they didn't know. I asked if I could show them my receipt, and they continued to be rude. I waited 5-10 minutes to see if maybe it took some time to go in. The website then changed to Enjoy Your Food, but the person on the speaker told me it still wasn't there, and I couldn't have the food. I have contacted you once about this, and you still haven't responded about the money charged. PLEASE RESPOND! I DEMAND A REFUND OF THE MONEY CHARGED AND NO FOOD RECEIVED!

We came here after a long drive from the movies. We get here and go inside to order and the door is locked! After standing there confused with several other patrons, someone finally comes to the door. He opens it and tells us that the lobby is closed and we have to go through the drive through. As we are getting in our car we observed 4 or 5 employees standing around in the lobby on their phones! It’s one thing to be short staffed with a reason but they have 4 or 5 employees outside of the drive through so this is unacceptable. We ordered a lot of food so hopefully they don’t mess up our order. The only reason this review got 2 stars was the drive through employee was super nice and saved this disaster of a Taco Bell trip. I will not be coming back again.

40 minutes waiting on an order. First time in my life I've seen 9 people waiting in a parking lot of a taco bell for there orders. Riddle me this, 7 employees, only 1 drive thru lane and no lobby entrance....the excuse is we are busy.. if you only serve 1 customer at a time and there's 7 people working, how are you 9 customers behind?? Its just tacos?!?! Did I mention after all this time the order was wrong and they refused a refund. MANAGEMENT GET THIS PLACE IN CHECK!!!

My crunch wrap had a hair in it. It was soggy and not sealed. I don't think it had the crunchy tortilla inside. Enough things were wrong that it was unlikely apathy common in quick service restaurants. My soft tacos at least appeared to be free of hair. The cheese was falling out of the top of the soft tortilla some how. It was not particularly busy, so I'm sure why the food was so messed up. Skip this one go to the one on Gulf to Bay over by McMullen.

Would be better is the food was made correctly and my hard tacos were not soggy and fall apart when we try to eat them. They tasted like they had been sitting there for a while and my soft tacos we smashed flat 🤨 new day new problems..ok ordered here again today and my taco shells were not fully cooked and made me not feel well most of the day under staffed and management really needs help here the staff that is there is nice and really try their best but corporate can really do better to help their employees. I'm very sure over worked and under paid but I would like my food correct if possible.
