Panera Bread

We stopped to try this location again and happy to see new staff as friendly and happy at work. 10/25/2021 We are very happy to announce that we are back to our daily morning coffee at our Clearwater Mall Panera. New Management is making a difference with early hours opening 6:30 AM, friendly welcoming staff, great coffee and clean tables. As we were leaving I heard my name and saw our favorite server whom previously left due to poor management and unfair treatment. Thanks to new management for your professionalism and dedication to Panera and your workers. Great to know we will see our favorite server, Cedric each morning. Congratulations on going back to provide your excellent work ethic to a restaurant that will once again appreciate your positive work ethic.

Very poor service. Due to the fact that I work near by I've been in a bit and I really don't have anything nice to say about them. At one point they were good now they're trash. They have poor attitudes, keep messing up orders and giving cold food even when they're not busy. I'm a patient and forgiving person but you have to draw the line somewhere. Especially with the prices going up and quality going down , I firmly believe you'd be better of spending money elsewhere.

I love Panera. The food here is good, but slow. The line takes forever to move on the weekends. The mobile order over promises on time and under delivers as I sit waiting for an extra ten minutes. The pastries are low on inventory. They do have outdoor seating so that’s nice bonus for the area! Photos as of December 2020.

It was a great day. I used my 50% off members awards card on the flat bread. It was the last day of the special. I would say that I would have never ordered a flat bread at Panera because I eat pizza at so many great Italian restaurants. But it was a good deal. I thought it was good, but for me, it lacked some seasonings. I'm going to eat the left overs with some eggs, peppers and onions and add on some more cheese and spices for breakfast. My Fuji Apple salad was really good. I'll be back again soon and get my usual pick two.. I love the broccoli cheddar soup and the steak sandwich without the pickled onions. So good! Enjoy

By far the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. I love Panera, and as a social worker, it’s convenient to stop at a location and plug my computer in between home visits and get some work done while eating. I waited at the front register for probably five minutes. Three employees, two dressed in purple and one in blue, made direct eye contact with me but stared at a computer on the other wall instead of asking me if I needed help. The young girl, wearing red, who was dealing with hot bread, dropped the tray and assisted me. I believe her name was Jennifer? She was very sweet. Then I went to retrieve my food, and one of the girls in purple who wouldn’t assist me prior, handed me my food and said “have a good day” before I could even respond, she said “or not.” Seems like a handful of spoiled high school girls. I won’t be back, and I live down the road.
