Tim Hortons

After waiting way too long in the drive through this is what I ended up with. I asked for an ice cap supreme and was handed a a plain ice cap that wasn't even full. I asked them for the Supreme I had ordered so they took it back added about a teaspoon full of whipped cream and even less chocolate drizzle, at this point I was late for work after leaving my house 1/2 an hour early just to make sure I'd be ontime or even a little early. Huge disappointment.

Went through the drive thru for a Strawberry Lemonade Frozen for my daughter, once we pulled off she tasted it and realized it had a creamy taste. She’s allergic to dairy! We returned immediately through the drive thru and ordered another drink and stated that I wanted NO cream/ yogurt or whatever the extra content was. So of course I pay for the second drink and low and behold it has cream also. I understand good help is hard to find, But this level of service is Ridiculous and unacceptable. Not to mention the poor attitude and complete lack of friendliness. I’ve gone to this location for some time and stopped a while back. Thought I’d give them another try. My mistake. Please DO NOT waist your money or time. Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Food allergies are deadly and I definitely don’t recommend this location if you have any food concerns. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Wow. How insulting. I went through the drive through to order coffee. I placed my order and quickly asked the lady if I can change my order. When I said "Mam", to get her attention, she rudely replied "Yessss", as if I was such a drag of her time. I said, "Can I change that coffee order to a case of coffee for my office." She couldn't understand what I was referring to so we went back and fourth and her response to me was, "Thats going to take like 20 minutes." Best solution was to drive away. Very insulting. Its not necessary to be rude to customers. I was at the window for no more than 2 minutes trying to place my order.

Let’s talk about the slowest and rudest customer service at a tim hortons. First they’re slow… been waiting for a good while now. Also who ever hired the person to take the orders has such a condescending tone, doesn’t want to help and gets upset if you ask questions about the food menu (just wanted to know if you had a cheddar bagel). Oh and they still get the order wrong…
