The staff are great and there customer service skills are the best in any costa I have been in,
the lady who opens on Saturday morning always has a smile and is a credit to the company, I would suggest, promoting her to go round other costas showing them the way it's done,

Great coffee ☕ and friendly staff with a excellent atmosphere. 6sep. 23,colour and tables have changed. It looks more sterile now and not as welcoming as before. Staff still very friendly

I visit a friend in Clarkston regularly each time I’m there I pop into costa for a coffee before my train home, the assistant Jen is always very welcoming and always offers to heat up my bun, service with a smile and that extra of asking how my day is and then listing goes a long way. Fantastic customer service.

It's a Costa Coffee and it fulfils that role well

Can't fault the first class customer service, though I think I popped in at the wrong time as stock was low... Staff were making every effort with housekeeping but you can see where the unit is looking tired - as a company Costa seems to have went down the McDonald's route and saturated the market, but with price increases it's not what you could call value for money at the moment

Call in regularly to Costa, Clarkston and can be assured of a nice welcome. The only coffee house that gets my request correct. The staff are extremely hard working and try their utmost to satisfy customers. Always a pleasure to visit

We are big fans of Costa and go there often. The staff are usually pretty good and coffee is great . Not to strong which I don't like. The one at Clarkston is good and loads of room to sit a while and chat which is what coffee is all about 😊

Great place fabulous staff. Disappointed that £4.95 lunch deal is cancelled over Christmas. Loyal customers throughout the year miss out. A bit mean to say the least. Numbers are down normally so busy. Poor show Costa.
