May have been from long travel and not eating for hours but we had the Best burgers and fries from this location in years of visiting other locations. The staff was friendly and food was served quick, hot and looked like the picture. Was pretty amazed for fast food chain.

You should put out on the menu what you don’t have not wait until the order is paid for. I wouldn’t have ordered your bland frys if I knew you didn’t have ketchup. How can you be out of ketchup anyways??! That’s just poor management right there.

All the workers are super nice & the food is always good! I used to go to the one on Dixie hwy but they’ve really gone down hill. I’ll be going here every time from now on 🫶🏻😁

Manager locked the door on me and pointed to the drive thru; This location has always been “drive thru only”. Rarely do they have the lobby open. I could burn a gallon of gas and waste half an hour in the drive thru but I decided to leave; Heavy on the advertising of seasonal items but if you can’t get inside the restaurant, what’s the point???

I understand this location is bust, not enough employees they are very friendly but for the money I spent on one meal, I got s very tiny piece of lettuce, my burger wasn't cooked, and for the wait I figured my fries would be hot but sadly they weren't.

Didn’t get what I ordered, sat in line for 30 minutes when there was 5 cars, outrageous, but the drive thru lady was nice but she was a noob
