Hamlin Pub

I had a very good time here with my family. It is definitely a bar/ pub type atmosphere so go there with those expectations. Between me and my family, we tried boneless wings, nachos, a large southwestern style salad, mozzerrella sticks, and their spinach and artichoke dip. We loved the boneless chicken. Out of all the sauces we tried, the 2 alarm is AMAZING. It's got a kick tho so beware. The nachos are HUGE and can definitely be split by 2 people minimum. Especially if you have other appetizers/food. Everything else was good but didn't necessarily blow us away. I also had a Moscow mule that tasted fantastic. The appetizers were quick to arrive, however the food took around 30 min (after the apps) which felt like quite awhile. But in the end we all enjoyed what we ate, and also our server was very nice. And she was quick to get drinks and clear the table. I would definitely come back here if I'm looking for a nice bite to eat, with a good atmosphere. They also have live music on certain days

It was our first time here. Waitress was very friendly but after ordering not very attentive. Husband ordered hamburger which was cooked perfectly as ordered and he was very happy. I however. Ordered the Buttermilk battered chicken strips. They were quite awful. They were dry, stringy, tough and way over cooked. In fact they the 2 bites I did have tasted like they had been re-cooked. The side of Broccoli was wonderful and the only thing I actually ate. In the end, neither of us were overly impressed with the service and the quality of food was pretty lackluster for the prices they charge. I doubt we will go back , but if we do. I will skip the Chicken tenders.

The “please seat yourself” basically means “you may or may not get service”. The staff spends more time socializing with others them actually servicing guests. Don’t even bother placing a carry out or a doordash, you’ll be waiting at the front door for over 15 minutes before ANYONE addressing you. It sucks because when you do get greeted the food is great my personal opinion if you want good service go straight to the bar

New to the area and was looking for a new place to grab a drink or two after work. Stopped in because it seemed like my kind of establishment. Sat down at the bar yesterday and was never served, not even acknowledged. Waited about 15-20 minutes and got up and left. There was a male and female behind the bar, and if I would have just gotten a "I'll be with you in a minute", that would have been fine. But they seemed to be more concerned about the couples around me. Edit: decided to give it a 2nd try since it's one of the few bars around. Was greeted as soon as I sat down and everything was great this time. Food was what you would want in bar food. I didn't take up the owners offer last time because I didn't want to make it a whole ordeal. I will be back.
