Mcdonald's

Tried to order at the counter but was directed to the self order screen even though the register was open and there was no line. Ordered four burgers and a shake. Sat down and placed the number at the edge of the table. They yelled my number a few minutes later. I held up the number and then she yelled that she won't come out to the table, so I had to go up to the counter. I got my burgers and asked for my shake at which time she told me that the shake machine was broken. She never apologized or even let me know this until I asked where my shake was. Then I had to ask for the refund. The lady with the green hair who told me her name was John has horrible customer service.

This particular McDonalds always gets my order right, food hot and fresh and they're fast. You'll sit on Seigen lane for 45 minutes and the wrong (and cold) order, but these guys can do it in a quarter of the time and it will be hot and fresh every time. Ice cream machine isn't always down. Only complaint is I think onions and pickles on a McDouble are tied together in their system somehow because when I order extra pickles they don't give me any onions.
